Recently had a new Taylex septic system installed by the team at Parallel, safe to say they covered every base with fantastic communication and some amazing work at our property that was a massively tricky installation.
They even took the time to scrape our rutted out gravel driveway in between dirt loads to help flatten it out!

Had an issue with the regulator for the LPG bottles and Ben from Parallel Plumbing was recommended to me. There was minimum wait time and the repair was done professionally and neatly so when the hot water system eventually died it was a no brainer to contact Parallel Plumbing again.
Once again the problem was evaluated, options explained and supply time was minimal. The installation was slightly convaluted because we opted for a different style of hot water system but Ben being master of bending tubing the installation became a work of art.

Great service, sent an email as we discovered the overflowing outside drain on the weekend & we didnt consider it urgent. Prompt reply with day & time for visit. Came on the day & at arranged time with a reminder sent via text. Problem was diagnosed quickly & solved with recommendation to assist in preventing further issues. My gas hot water system wasn't working, another plumber quoted me $1700 to come out!! I tried to call around but other plumbers either didn't answer or couldn't get to me today. I called Parallel Plumbing and Gas and Ben came out within the hour of me calling. He found the problem and it was fortunately only a $250 job. 100% recommend.
We had an issue with our ensuite bathroom tap not turning off so we had to turn off the mains.
We called him late at night and he answered quickly and told us to send a photo of what he needed and then he said he would be out at 730 in the morning.

He turned up whilst my husband was in meetings for the cyclone and the kids were running around and he did the perfect job for a reasonable price. Would 10/10 use him for anything else we need!
