So glad to get onto Ben of Parallel. I had been looking for a good Down to earth, ‘old school’ ‘do it once, do it right’ plumber for 2 year after buying my new rural property. Now Ben is stuck with me. 🙂 I Had Ben do a new gas stove and piping installation, along with a new kitchen sink and tap install. I’m very happy with the results. He was also good enough to install another kitchen tap and fix up the lousy job another plumber did installing a laundry sink and tap. Highly recommended…

We engaged Ben to solve our drainage issues after installing a pool. Ben was fantastic from the site visit, through the quote stage and then right through installation. The job ended up being very challenging, not from a plumbing perspective for Ben (he is an expert in this area), but 90% of the trenching and excavation work was in rock. Ben worked so hard to get the job done for us, and was also very conscious of cost and always had our interest at heart. His honesty and customer focus through the installation was amazing. I contacted Parallel Plumbing to first come out to have a look at a laundry renovation. Ben was very responsive to my email, attended the site when he said he would and was on time. He was very professional and took time to go over the project and offered different advice on how we could go about it. Being an amateur renovator Ben took the time to answer all my questions. After this meeting I booked him in to complete the work (albeit changing slightly from original plans). Even though Ben was very busy he still found the time to squeeze my job in, in a timely manner which I really appreciated. He was super efficient in getting in initial tap work in place and came back quickly to finish the work once the cabinet was installed. Ben cleaned up after himself, was polite, professional and paid attention to the finer details. Ben from Parallel Plumbing provided excellent service, going above and beyond in installing a new LPG water heater and new pipes to replace our broken one. He also replaced our regulator and lifted it up and added chains around the gas bottles to bring it all up to code. He was professional, courteous and on time and I will happily use his services again in the future. Ben did not try to price gouge us like the Metropolitan plumber who had attended the day before, but stuck to a fixed price that was reasonable.
